Timi Trading Limited is a trading company. We do not manufacture products directly. All products are produced by our qualified and cooperative partner factories.
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Quotations are valid for a limited period.
Full payment or deposit must be received before production. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Any bank charges shall be borne by the buyer.
Production time starts after payment confirmation and artwork approval. Delays may occur due to holidays, material shortage, or force majeure.
We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping cost, delivery time, customs duties, and related risks shall be borne by the buyer.
We conduct strict quality inspection before shipment. Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Any quality claim must be submitted within 7 days with clear evidence.
We do not offer any refunds once orders are produced and shipped. Only quality-related issues will be reviewed and addressed case by case, but refunds are not supported.
All designs, logos, and images belong to Timi Trading Limited or authorized parties. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to international trade. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
